By accessing or using CENTCOM Tracker ("the Service") at middleastracker.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
CENTCOM Tracker is a subscription-based intelligence dashboard that aggregates publicly available open-source intelligence (OSINT), aircraft tracking data, satellite data, and news from publicly accessible sources. The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
The Service is available via paid subscription. Two billing options are offered:
By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the selected billing interval (monthly or annually) until you cancel. All payments are processed securely by our payment partner, Creem (creem.io). We do not store your payment card details.
Prices may change with 30 days' advance notice to active subscribers. Price changes do not affect the current billing period.
Free trial: New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel, your selected plan will automatically begin billing at the end of the trial period.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Monthly subscribers retain access until the end of the current billing month. Yearly subscribers retain access until the end of the current billing year, or may request a prorated refund for unused months.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Each subscription is for a single user. Sharing accounts or credentials is prohibited and may result in termination without refund.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit any content from the Service without permission; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service's infrastructure; (d) use the Service to plan, coordinate, or facilitate any harmful activity.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed. OSINT data is aggregated from public sources and may contain errors, delays, or inaccuracies. The Service should not be used as the sole basis for any operational, military, financial, or safety-critical decisions.
In no event shall CENTCOM Tracker, its operators, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
All original content, design, code, and branding of CENTCOM Tracker is owned by its operators. Data sourced from third parties (Telegram channels, ADS-B sources, CelesTrak, Polymarket, etc.) remains the property of their respective owners. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access the Service.
The Service aggregates data from publicly available sources including but not limited to: Telegram public channels, OpenSky Network, ADS-B Exchange, CelesTrak, Polymarket, and public news APIs. We do not claim ownership of third-party data and provide attribution where applicable.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
Certain features of the Service use Google Gemini AI to process and summarize content, including but not limited to: event classification, news headline rewriting, situation report generation, trade signal analysis, and photo-based geolocation. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and may contain inaccuracies. Users should independently verify any AI-generated information before relying on it. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated outputs.
